MyCareer in alliance with U.S. based Jobfox has today announced its plans to expand its online services to incorporate intelligent matching of candidates to jobs - and employers to professionals.
With the use of Jobfox technology, candidates on MyCareer can select job attributes they most desire, create a personal branding page to showcase their professional self and instantly view job openings best suited to their capabilities ranked by a match score. Candidates will also be able to track their resume, seeing when it is viewed by an employer and manage their applications.
MyCareer advertisers will have instant access to a unique pool of currently employed professionals who are open to considering new opportunities. With the ability to detail job requirements and unique attributes, employers can automatically match, compare and rank candidates and view their personal branding pages to find the perfect applicant.
“The alliance with Jobfox reinforces MyCareer’s commitment to continue to lead the market in innovative solutions that provide value to both advertisers and jobseekers,” said Jack Matthews, CEO of Fairfax Digital.
Jobfox’s proven technology is designed to add further value to MyCareer customers by providing even better quality candidates and jobs. MyCareer will integrate Jobfox services in early 2008.
“MyCareer has a strong reputation for product development, innovations and delivering results,” said Rob McGovern CEO of Jobfox and founder of CareerBuilder.com. “We will bring our core competencies together as well as our shared passions for advancing the online recruitment industry.”
