Lisa Watts, formerly General Manager of MyCareer and The Big Chair has been appointed General Manager - Online Employment for Fairfax Digital. Tony Blamey takes the position of General Manager and John Garrido takes on the Sales Director role. These changes signal a new era for the Fairfax online employment business.

“MyCareer has experienced phenomenal growth over the past 12 to 24 months with the national expansion of our sales team and the development and launch of our executive job board www.thebigchair.com.au. This new role will allow me to focus on looking at a variety of business options to be increasingly pro-active in the development of new opportunities and emerging technologies,” said Lisa.

Tony Blamey formerly the National Sales Director has been appointed General Manager of MyCareer and The Big Chair. Tony has been with the business for over two years and has been instrumental in the growth of the business and sales team nationally.

John Garrido formerly the southern region State Sales Manager will take over the position of Sales Director for MyCareer.com.au and TheBigChair.com.au. John’s extensive sales experience and demonstrated leadership skills have prepared him well for this next career move.
