The Graduate Certificate in Health Promotion is designed to enhance the skills of those who have a responsibility for health promotion as part of their employment.
The program will enable you to develop knowledge and skills in the major principles and issues of health promotion and the process of planning, implementing and evaluating health promotion programs in various settings.
The Graduate Certificate of Health Promotion enables students to develop a general understanding of the health promotion area including specific knowledge and skills in the major principles of health promotion; current issues in health promotion; and the processes of planning, implementing and evaluating health promotion programs
You can study a single unit or work toward a qualification in the health promotion program. Upon completion of the Graduate Certificate, you may be able to gain advanced standing towards a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Promotion, a Master of Science, a Master of Health Promotion, or a Master of Public Health offered directly through Curtin University of Technology.
