Graduates from this program can drive these agendas and display sophisticated knowledge of private and public enterprise in their roles as business managers.

Course overview

Managing commercially sustainable businesses necessitates understanding constant, pervasive and paradigm shifting political, social and economic changes, and their systemic impact on organisational growth and business sustainability.

This program provides you with the concepts, models, frameworks, research and analytical skills to enable you to understand, strategise and deal with complex business challenges in a constant change environment. It will prepare you for the global business environment. It will build your understanding of sustainability in the commercial world and expand your skills in leadership, management, business decision-making and risk taking.

The Master of Commerce consists of twelve units. Students not wishing to undertake the full Masters program may exit the Graduate Diploma of Commerce (eight units) or the Graduate Certificate of Commerce (four units).

Majors

Through the prescribed course work, you will gain in-depth knowledge of such critical areas as: business sustainability, commercial accountability challenges, measuring strategic performance and corporate social responsibility.
