Project management knowledge is essential to the successful planning, development and delivery of projects. These project types can vary. They can range from organising an outdoor event to the design and construction of a submarine. Project management provides the knowledge required to plan and organise projects so that they are delivered within time, cost and quality constraints.
The programs cater to the needs of people transitioning from an applied background into a project management role, those already managing projects, or those looking to build careers as project managers. Throughout the program you will be provided with several opportunities to integrate and apply the knowledge and skills required for successful project management.
The programs use the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) as a framework. This framework provides a generic approach to project management that can be applied across different industries, businesses and government institutions.

You have a range of options in respect to your study. You can undertake the program at Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma or Master level.
