The second is the launch of the Future Leaders Program – a fast-track program for high performers, aimed at achieving a Duty Manager level position at the end of the 12-month practical training period. Each team member selected to join the Future Leaders Program will have an individually designed program to suit their unique skills and experience.

Adina Apartment Hotels Expansion – Europe
In addition, our expansion plans are rapidly moving ahead in Europe with a number of new Adina Hotels coming online in the next 12 to 18 months. We are actively looking for German-speaking Europeans who are either currently working or studying in Australia, or are looking for opportunities to complete structured individual learning programs in our Australian hotels before joining our pre-opening teams in Germany.
