Graduate opportunities: Customer Development/Sales
Our Field Sales team plays a pivotal role in contributing to the achievement of our company’s business goals. In Australia, we offer exciting entry-level graduate opportunities as part of our Field Sales team.

Our Field Sales team is responsible for delivering exceptional in-store execution. This includes product ranging and compliance, promotional execution, product presentation, shelf layout planning and implementation, and completing the 360-degree marketing plans at the point of purchase.

These territory management roles present a great opportunity for ambitious, high-performing individuals to progress rapidly into supervisory, analytical or account management roles within the Customer Development/Sales team and the ability to cross into marketing roles.

Territory Manager
Previous commercial experience is well regarded for this role, as is strength in verbal and numerical reasoning. A full-time role has responsibilities that include:

• Complete territory coverage, with effective execution of business and promotional plans at store level
• Achievement of sales targets
• Ensuring optimal distribution, positioning and presentation of our products to drive share of our brands • Provision of market intelligence and prompt communication to Head Office

Undergraduate Sales Support Operator/ Merchandiser (casual)
Are you still studying? This casual role is ideal for individuals with up to 12 months’ study remaining, who are considering a career in Sales or Marketing.

Duties include:

• Ensuring optimal distribution and presentation of our products at store level
• Maintaining and building relationships at store level with customers
• Providing accurate and prompt feedback to Head Office regarding activity in your territory
