Your development

Our comprehensive engineering development program begins with an intensive competency-based ‘on the job’ learning experience, which operates in parallel to the Engineers Australia professional development program.

We then continue this program even further, extending your development over several more years to advance and fast track your progress to senior engineer status. Program elements include personal mentoring and coaching, department and sector rotations, training and development courses, project review and HAZOP meetings, competency mapping, graduate forums, and invaluable real project site experience. We encourage a hands-on approach that allows you to ‘learn by doing’ to fully appreciate and experience the engineering industry.

Our people are our most important assets. As such, your development is taken seriously, with dedicated industry professionals assigned to personally provide you with the skills and experience you need to work on some of the worlds most exciting and diverse global scale projects.

During the program, you will be eligible to apply for chartered engineering status, reach senior engineer status and have a comprehensive understanding of how projects are executed.
