Graduate Development Program
The Main Roads Engineering Graduate Program provides you with the best opportunity to get your career on the road! Our three year program features:

• starting salary between $49,863 and $53,190 per annum plus superannuation, and overtime options for work in regional locations
• different job rotations every 6 and 12 months in regional and metropolitan areas giving you the chance to work on challenging projects and enhance your technical skills
• the opportunity to achieve Chartered Status (CPEng) through our Engineers Australia Professional Development Program partnership
• formal management training through our Development Employee Leadership Program to equip you with the skills and knowledge for future success
• a guaranteed permanent placement on successful completion of the Program
• access to our Health and Lifestyle program, Social Club and Development Employee social network.
