NDY has an active mentor program which ensures that each young engineer is assigned to a senior experienced engineer who provides support and feedback on issues ranging from technical solutions to career development.

Graduates are also encouraged to undertake appropriate external courses to enhance their development.

The fact that many of the senior positions in NDY are filled by engineers who commenced with NDY as graduates is testimony to the success of our recruitment and training programs.
