This area contains information regarding account preferences such as contact information and passwords.
How can I change the email address associated with my completed MyCareer Head Hunter account?
Click on Account Preferences on the MyCareer Head Hunter tab. Overwrite the email address you initially provided with your new email address and click Save. The new email address you entered will also be your new MyCareer Head Hunter user name and will be used for job matching alerts.

How can I inactivate/delete my MyCareer Head Hunter account?
If you would like to delete your MyCareer Head Hunter online information entirely (you will not be able to reactivate it in the future) please contact us with your request to permanently delete your details and a customer service representative will confirm when this has been done.
If you would like to discontinue using MyCareer Head Hunter at this time and may wish to use it again in the future, we suggest inactivating your account as follows to avoid having to recreate your online interview in the future.
1. Log in to MyCareer Head Hunter
2. Click on the ‘My Jobs’ navigation. Click Edit next to Matching Status and click Inactivate.
3. Log back in with your Fairfax Digital account to reactivate your account at any time in the future.

How can I reset my password ?
If you know your MyCareer Head Hunter password and would like to reset it, log in and click on Account Preferences to do so. Be sure to save changes.

I forgot my MyCareer Head Hunter password or the password I have does not seem to be working.
Click here to access the log in screen and click the forgotten password link. A new password will be automatically generated for you. If you are still having trouble, please contact us and a representative will assist you.
