How can I apply for a job on my match list?
When you see a job that you are interested in, view the job and click the Submit My Resume link. This will move the job into your My Submission' list and notify the employer that you are interested in the role. The employer will then make contact with you if they are interested.

How do I know when an employer has viewed me?
MyCareer Head Hunter provides information in your Tracking Centre about which employers have viewed your online interview, trackable resume and professional page. In addition, if an employer views your information favourably, you will receive an email alert (email alerts can be managed under your Account Preferences Tab > Messaging Settings).

I can not submit my resume for a job. The option to do so is greyed out?
The Submit my Resume option is greyed out for jobs that have already been placed in your My Submissions list because you have already submitted your resume for those jobs. You will have the option to submit your resume for any jobs in your Deleted or My Matches lists, which will move the job into the My Submissions list.
Clicking ‘Submit my Resume’ notifies the recruiter that you are interested in the position. The employer will then make contact with you if they are interested.

When I view a job, what does Allow Company to Contact Me mean?
If you have your details private and are using an alias, interested employers will need to request your contact information. If you are interested in working for a particular company or see a job you’re keen on, you can click Allow Company to Contact Me to release your contact details right away.

When I view a job, what does Delete Job mean?
Clicking Delete Job moves the job into a deleted items folder. Use this feature when there’s a job match you’re not interested in. You may view your deleted jobs by clicking ‘Deleted’ under the My Jobs section.
