This area contains online interview regarding technical questions you may encounter when using MyCareer Head Hunter.

I am stuck in the online interview creation process. I cannot move to the next step.

To address this problem, please make sure that all fields are completed in the step you are on.  If any of the red starred fields are left blank the site will not allow you to proceed.

If you click proceed and nothing happens, scroll back up on the page look for the word ‘required’ in red next questions so you know what to fill in before moving on.  Please also ensure that date fields are entered in the correct mm/yyyy format. 

If you are on a questionnaire page and cannot proceed, be sure you have answered all of the questions so that the progress meter at the bottom of the page displays 100%.

Why can't I see the Experience Map part of my Professional Page?

The experience map uses Flash, so you may see a prompt at the top of your web browser to install  the Flash player.  If you don't see the prompt, you can go directly to Adobe's site to install the Flash player. 

If you are still unable to see the Experience Map, you may want to try clearing out your browser cache and cookies.
