Do I have to show my company name?
You can select not to show your company name by ticking the “Do not show company name” box in the “Place an Ad” page.

Can I edit my ad once it is live?
You can edit your website ad at any time by logging into your account. Click on the “My Ads” tab above the red line to see all your ads. Then click the “Edit button” next to the ad you want to change. Changes will occur immediately.

Is there a limit to how big my website ad can be?
There is no limit on the size of the ad, so you can enter as much detail as you wish.

How do I remove my website ad?
You can remove your website ad at any time by logging into your account. Click on the “My Ads” tab above the red line to see all your ads. Then on the “Remove” button next to the ad you want to remove.
Once you have removed the ad, it will be saved under “My Ads” then “Past Ads” for 13 months before they are deleted.

Can I find out how many people have viewed my website ad?
When logged into your account, click on the “My Stats” tab above the red line to view how many people have viewed your ad and the number of applications received via the website. Alternatively, click on “See how my ad is performing” on the advertiser homepage.

Can I have a customised template made for my online ads?
There are four standard Mycareer templates available when placing a casual ad, which can include colour and your company logo.
Customised templates are only available to contract advertisers, they are not available on a casual basis.

How long does it take to appear on the website?
Your ad will be searchable on the website within 10 minutes of authorising payment.
